It would be great if the PD notification that says I’ll be on or off call, also said who I’m taking over duty for, or who I’m handing over to.
Background: There might be issues or updates that need to be communicated from one person to the next. Having the person’s name immediately available in the notification, removes the extra work of having to look up the schedule(s) to see who I might need to have a quick chat with.
